Elio Leoni Sceti – Chief Executive

Elio was appointed as Chief Executive of Iglo Group in May 2013 and has over 20 years experience in the FMCG and media sectors. He served as CEO of EMI Music until 2010 where he led the transformation from a traditional record label into a growing consumer-led music company. Prior to EMI, Elio had an international career in marketing and held senior leadership roles at Procter & Gamble and Reckitt Benckiser.

Elio is also Chairman of Zeebox Ltd and is an Advisor to the Board of Anheuser-Bush Inbev and he will continue with both roles.

Erhard Schoewel - Chairman

Erhard has been Chairman of Iglo Group since 2007 and has over 30 years experience within the FMCG sector. In his last role, Erhard was the Executive Vice President of Europe for Reckitt Benckiser Plc. In this role he had responsibility for the entire European operation. Previous to this he held a range of sales, marketing and general management roles within Benckiser, including roles as General Manager for Germany and Italy.

Tania Howarth - Chief Operating Officer

Tania joined us in April 2007 and successfully led the separation from Unilever and the creation of a standalone integrated SAP platform. Tania previously worked for some of the most prestigious branded goods companies including Coca-Cola, where she was CIO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, PepsiCo where she was CIO for the Walkers Snackfood business, Sun Microsystems ICI and PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

Achim Eichenlaub - Managing Director Iglo

Achim joined us in January 2010 as Managing Director for the iglo European markets. Achim previously worked for 26 years in Reckitt Benckiser Plc. For the last 13 years he worked as Senior Vice President Regional Director, managing first Central Europe from 1996 to 2001 followed by East Asia from 2002 to 2009.

Daniel Pagnoni - Managing Director Findus Italy

Daniel joined the Group in March 2013 from SC Johnson where he was Vice President and South Zone Director – Europe. Previously he has been Managing Director in Tech Data, CEO of Canados International and has held a number of senior leadership roles in Reckitt Benckiser including SVP, Global Category Officer, General Manager Czech and Slovak Republics and Marketing Director Italy. Daniel will be a member of Iglo Group Core Exec and will lead the Findus (in Italy) Board to deliver the growth agenda.

Paul Kenyon - Chief Financial Officer

Paul joined Iglo Group in June 2012 from AstraZeneca PLC where his most recent role was CFO for AstraZeneca’s Global Commercial business. Prior to that, Paul was Senior Vice President, Group Finance for three years and for a period held the role of Chairman of AstraTech, AstraZeneca’s medical technology subsidiary. Paul's career includes senior finance roles at Allied Domecq PLC encompassing sales, marketing and operations and experience at Courtaulds PLC and Mars.

Andy Weston-Webb - Managing Director of Birdseye UK & Ireland

Andy joined Iglo Group on September 5th 2011, bringing 28 years of experience in consumer goods, working on brands such as Colgate, Mars, Snickers, M&Ms, Uncle Bens and Dolmio. He has extensive knowledge of the UK market and broad international experience, most recently with 5 years as Regional President of Mars Chocolate in Europe. During a career spanning Marketing and General Management Andy previously worked in UK, Belgium, Spain and France prior to becoming Vice President Food Europe and then Regional President Australasia.

Tara Alhadeff - Non-Executive Director

Tara joined Permira in 2008 and focuses on investments in the Consumer sector. At Permira, she has worked on a number of transactions including the acquisition of Findus Italy by Iglo Group and OdigeO (the merger of eDreams with Go Voyages and Opodo). Prior to joining Permira, Tara worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley, in both London and New York.

Tara has a degree in Economics from Cambridge University, England and an MBA from Harvard Business School, USA.

Cheryl Potter - Non-Executive Director

Cheryl has been a Partner at Permira since 2005. She has worked on numerous transactions including the seperation of Iglo Group from Unilever, DinoSol Supermercados, Gala Coral Group, Homebase and Maxeda. Prior to joining Permira, Cheryl was an Investment Manager at Royal Bank Development Capital. S he worked for six years at Arthur Andersen in Manchester and London, including three years in the Corporate Finance division. Cheryl has a degree in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool, England, and is a Chartered Accountant.
